We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). We will notify you confirmation of despatch via the website. Should we encounter a problem, we will contact you immediately.
If the item is out of stock we will give you the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund.
We will also endeavour to inform you of the delay and advise you when we would expect the item to arrive, so you are able to make a decision as to whether you are willing to wait for it or cancel the order.
We use Royal Mail and one of our two couriers, Fedex and/or UK Mail. When you proceed to checkout, you will automatically be given the cheapest option; however, you can also change this should you require your order any sooner.
Returns are accepted 7 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. This must be requested in writing first to obtain a returns number and all returns must be made in the original packaging and be un-used.
All return postage costs are to be borne by the buyer, unless the item is not as ordered, or damaged upon arrival. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported immediately, within 24 hours of receipt. Should this time lapse, we will not honour a refund unless previously agreed in writing. No food or drink will be accepted for return.
